Don't Want to keep old fixtures? Not a problem, for only $5 per piece we take care about it. When you supply parts, the old fixtures, ceiling fan, outlets, etc.  they are  your property,  since most of customers choose to keep them to re use or just to make donations, but you still can buy a Recycling service from us.

  • Recycling Service

    This service includes:

    -Take one fixtures, Ceiling fans, outlets apart and place it in the box where the new fixture came. Glass must be in a separated bag We will take it to a recycling center for proper disposal.
    -Also we will make sure take care about any left overs that resulted from the installation
    Please make sure you buy the number of Recycling services that you need.
    What you need to do before technician arrives? Please move any furniture bellow, in front or around of the installation area, so we can have a least 6 feet clearance around the working areas.

    Note: This service is for Residential homes, Apartments or Commercial Building ONLY,  with wood framing, sheet rock walls and attic Door, so we can gain access to above working areas.

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy

    You can re book or Cancel your installation service... Since what you are buying is a service you dont have to ship nothing back to us, we will make the Refund of you exact amount of money you paid ( may take up 2 weeks to process)  for the service, just follow the next 2 simple steps:

    1- Re book or Cancel the service at least 48 Hours prior your installation Date, Send us a email to walter@brionessolutions.com, or contact us. Please include order number, your name, address, telephone number

    2- Wait until an agent respond to you request that usually takes 24 hours, we may ask you if want to re schedule your service or change your order, we will easily help you to set it up. Once your refund is approved, refund can take up to 14 days to get back to the same credit card you used at check out.

  • Trip Charge

    What is a Trip Charge?

    well, it's very simple, we need to get the service to you, just like when vendors send an item to your house via any postal carrier, but  in this case we Drive a Van with a technician to reach your home and deliver the installation service, this is called Trip charge. You have to pay a TRIP CHARGE only once per every order regardless the number of services you bought.

    TRIP CHARGE is only $50 for up to 40 milles around of  Bluffton SC,   ZIP 29910.
