Don't sure what you need ? Not a problem, we can do a visit to your house or business to inspect and provide an accurate estimate right away, get the free estimate item and Just pay for the Trip charge at check out.

YES, Not Only You can Choose and Buy an Installation Service Here, But Also Shedule it at your best convenient Date and Time. We reserve the right to make changes in the reservation, we will contact you to set date and time of a new appointment. Members, You will be able to Book your service after payment of the service is completed.

BUYING YOUR OWN PARTS, FIXTURES OUTLETS ?
You will be responsible to make sure fixtures, outlets or any part is in new working condition  and with all components to make the installation. If for any reason we can't perform the installation we will put the fixture, outlet in the original box, but you are responsible for return or exchange, and you will need to re schedule the installation with a new installation service charge.
Also, you are responsible to take care the left overs or any trash that results from the installation, or you can buy a recycling service from us. Please make sure you have a 6 feet clearance around working areas.

SOME ONE 18 years or older person needs to be present at the property the day of the installation. ONCE you schedule/book the service, you are giving us permission to enter your house the date and time specified in the receipt and perform the electrical installation, if for any reason we need to perform an special operation (like cut wall or ceilings, move outlet to different height, etc etc) we will let you know in advance for owners approval. ANY CHANGE to the estimate will be billed separately.

NOTE: There is a minimum amount of $100 in the order

to request and pay for the installation service. Briones Solutions LLC reserves the right to change prices in new orders for the services at any time without notification. Credit cards payments will add 3% charge from the total amount for processing fee.

Re Schedule & Cancellation  Policy

You can re book or Cancel your installation service... Since what you are buying is a service, we will make the Refund of you exact amount you paid (may take up 2 weeks to process)  for the service, just follow the next 2 simple steps:

1- Re book or Cancel the service at least 48 Hours prior your installation Date, Send us a email to walter@brionessolutions.com, or contact us. Please include order number, your name, address, telephone number

2- Wait until an agent respond to you request that usually takes 24 hours, we may ask you if want to re schedule your service or change your order, we will easily help you to set it up. Once your refund is approved, refund can take up to 14 days to get back to the same credit card you used at check out.

We, at Briones Solutions LLC, certainly appreciate the relationships we have built over the years with our customers. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak and its impact on the health and welfare of our partners and costumers. That concern obviously encompasses our own company and  associates we employ.

 

Our company is fully operational and prepared to serve your needs. As some local jurisdictions place limits on “non-essential” businesses, as a supplier of electrical services we will remain open to support the supply chain of needed services across our footprint. Should local guidelines change, we will work to comply with official direction. If there is any change in our normal operation, that would affect our ability to serve your needs, we will inform you immediately.

 

We are taking all the precautions suggested by the CDC and local authorities, including:

  • Practicing Face Covering and social distancing (6 feet) in while we interact with Partners and costumers.

  • Moving internal face-to-face meetings to conference calls and webinar sessions.

  • Educating all employees in “social distancing” protocol.

  • Postponing all training sessions, both internal and external.

  •  Conducting Quotes/estimates over the phone or by email.

  • Educating our staff on proper hygiene practices to prevent the spread of COVID-19

  • Demanding self-reporting for any employee with confirmed and direct exposure.

 

Many of you are, more than likely, taking similar steps within your own business. We support and will respect your internal protocols on this matter. With that in mind, our outside sales representatives will primarily interact and conduct business with you by phone, email, and webinar. Be assured we will do everything in our power to make the best of the current situation and work to make these new challenges as seamless as possible.

 

We do not know the extent this situation will affect our company. Our commitment to you is to monitor it closely and to work with our vendor partners to identify any material shortfalls and then work with you to minimize disruptions. As business partners, any insight you may have regarding upcoming needs would certainly be appreciated.

 

Our thoughts remain with those who have been directly affected by the COVID-19 outbreak and with those brave men and women in the healthcare field who step up to care for them.
